Mono or stereo speakers - how do you know?

Have you ever heard ofmono or stereo speakers without really understanding what they mean?
You'll see, it's very simple!

To begin with, what's the difference between mono and stereo?

A monophonic sound is one that comes from a single source and is reproduced by one or more loudspeakers broadcasting the same signal.

Stereo sound, on the other hand, is sound that has been physically separated into two points so as to be able to play on the space around you. So there will be two broadcast channels: one on the left and one on the right.

Is a portable speaker mono or stereo?

By definition, a portable loudspeaker is a point source in space, creating a single source in a given environment. It is therefore a monophonic loudspeaker.

And in your opinion, is theVOODOO bluetooth speaker a mono or stereo speaker?

This speaker is indeed a mono Bluetooth speaker because, as we saw earlier, there is only one physical point of diffusion. Technically, it cannot be a stereo speaker. To do so, we'd have to create a sound system with two retransmission points.

But since PEOPEO likes to satisfy everyone's expectations, theVOODOO wireless speaker has a feature called True Wireless Stereo.

What is True Wireless Stereo? Mono or stereo?

The True Wireless Stereo is the ability to wirelessly connect two VOODOO VOODOO bluetooth speakers bluetooth speakers, creating a battery-powered stereo hi-fi system.
