There are several ways to pay for your order on www.peopeo.io.

Credit cards

Visa, Mastercard or American Express are accepted to place your order.

Paypal :

PayPal is a secure and easy-to-use payment method. You can use your credit card or bank account without having to provide your bank details.

Bank transfer

PEOPEO's bank details will be provided to you upon confirmation of your order. Please use your order ID as a reference for payment.
It may take 2-3 working days for your bank to process your payment. We will ship your order as soon as we receive your payment.

Any payment incident authorizes us to refuse the order or block delivery.
The order will be shipped upon receipt of the customer's payment.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your order and the country of delivery.
It is possible to collect your order free of charge from the PEOPEO factory. Please note that if you are absent, you will have to collect your order from a post office.
Product returns as part of an after-sales service are free of charge.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 15 working days.
Our products are manufactured in our factory in Meylan (38). We do our best to meet delivery deadlines, but during periods of high demand, shipment may be delayed.

Our parcels

PEOPEO products are delivered in packaging containing protective foams.
We advise you to keep all these elements. Your products will be properly packaged and protected in the event of a return. From an ethical point of view, keeping and reusing your packaging avoids unnecessary waste.

Upon receipt of your order, try your PEOPEO products free of charge, at home, for 30 days. If you have a problem or are not satisfied with your PEOPEO products, please contact us at shop@peopeo.io. We look forward to hearing from you.

You have a period of fourteen (14) days from notification by e-mail of your intention to withdraw to return the products, at your expense and under your responsibility, by post to the following address: PEOPEO, 19 Chemin des Prés - 38240 Meylan - FRANCE.

In the case of a return, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from notification by e-mail to shop@peopeo.io of your intention to withdraw to return the product(s), at your expense and under your responsibility, by post to the following address: PEOPEO, 19 Chemin des Prés - 38240 Meylan - FRANCE.

We cannot be held responsible and will not refund you in the event of loss or theft of the package containing the product(s) to be returned. We strongly recommend that you choose a shipment with tracking and insurance against loss or theft. You are responsible for all costs incurred by the delivery of the product(s) to be returned.
To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be returned in a condition and packaging that can reasonably be expected. The original packaging is highly recommended, perfect working order is mandatory and the appearance of the product(s) must be perfect. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the refund if repair costs are incurred, or cancellation of the refund if repair is impossible. The product(s) must be accompanied by the purchase invoice or a copy of the invoice and the bank details of the person returning the product(s). In the case of partial returns, the price of the missing items will be deducted from the refund.

Once your return has been received and examined, we will confirm (or not) its acceptance and your refund will be made in four (4) equal payments in four (4) consecutive months from the date of acceptance. The acceptance procedure will be completed within fifteen (15) working days.

Please note, however, that depending on your bank, the actual transfer to your account may take a few days.

Your products are covered by a limited warranty. The warranty is valid only for PEOPEO loudspeakers.

Commercial warranty

Contents of the commercial guarantee: PEOPEO guarantees your loudspeakers free of charge against any failure resulting from a manufacturer's manufacturing defect according to the following procedure:
- Return of the product at PEOPEO's expense
- In-house assessment of the reported fault
1- failure under warranty: repair and return of the product at PEOPEO's expense
2- failure under warranty (refer to warranty exclusions): - quotation presented to the owner (round-trip freight + repair)
2.1- validation of quotation by owner
2.2- repair and return of product to owner

Exclusion of warranty: PEOPEO's commercial warranty does not cover damage to products resulting from normal wear and tear, incorrect handling, inappropriate use, poor maintenance, accidental breakage or failure to follow instructions for use. Any unauthorized intervention on the products, disassembly, modification, customization or repair carried out by anyone other than PEOPEO experts will void the commercial warranty.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty period: The warranty is valid only on VOODOO+ & VOODOO Hi-fi speakers for a period of two (2) years and on VOODOO + PRO speakers for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery. If, upon receipt, the product has been damaged in transit, please do not use the product, notify us directly and send us photos as proof.

The customer must expressly contact PEOPEO's customer service department by e-mail shop@peopeo.io or by telephone +33(0)7 67 20 22 79. Before providing warranty service, PEOPEO may request proof of purchase, including a receipt or invoice. The commercial warranty will not apply if the serial number has been removed from the product.

Legal warranty of conformity and warranty against hidden defects

PEOPEO guarantees the conformity of the products it offers on its Site and any hidden defects that may affect them, and any request made by you under the legal guarantee of conformity or the guarantee of hidden defects must be sent to the following address: PEOPEO, 19 Chemin des Prés - 38240 Meylan - FRANCE.

PEOPEO is liable for defects in conformity of the products sold under the conditions stipulated in Articles L.211-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, as well as for hidden defects under the conditions stipulated in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

When you make a claim under the legal warranty of conformity, you have a period of two (2) years (VOODOO+ & HI-FI) and three (3) years (VOODOO+ PRO) from delivery of the product in which to take action. During this period, you benefit from a presumption of non-conformity, in that it is PEOPEO's responsibility to prove product conformity, and not yours to prove non-conformity.

You may choose between repairing or replacing the product, subject to the cost conditions stipulated in article L.211-9 of the French Consumer Code.
The legal warranty of conformity applies independently of any commercial warranty.

You may decide to invoke the warranty against latent defects under article 1641 of the French Civil Code. In this case, you may choose between rescinding the sale or reducing the purchase price in accordance with article 1644 of the French Civil Code.
