What types of device are compatible?
All audio sources, whatever the tool. The VOODOO+ has a Bluetooth input for all equipped devices (phones, computers, tablets), as well as a mini jack input for wired connections.
Can I use the VOODOO+ at home, plugged into the mains?
Of course, it's just like your laptop! You can use it plugged in, charging it or, of course, on battery power.
How long does it take to charge the VOODOO+?
From 0% to 100% it will take 2h30.
Is it possible to connect an instrument to the VOODOO+?
The VOODOO has a built-in pre-amp that allows you to use any type of instrument or active/pre-amplified music source. It's possible to connect a mixer or a controller for DJs... For passive instruments or microphones, the VOODOO+ Pro model is the place to be! 😉
Did a red LED light up on my speaker's interface?
It's a sign that you're running out of battery!
Is it possible to connect another charger to my speaker?
No, because the chargers used are specific. Using other equipment could damage your speaker and void the warranty.
Why does autonomy vary from 11h to 28h?
There's a big difference. At full power, consumption is higher, so the autonomy will be 9 hours. You'll get up to 28 hours when the speaker is used at low power! Also, when you charge a device on the speaker and/or use Bluetooth, this can affect autonomy. And to find out how much battery power you've got left, just use the battery indicator! 😉
Is VOODOO+ cold-resistant?
Cold or hot, VOODOO+ is tough (-15°c / 50°c)!
Can I swim with the VOODOO+?
Don't push Granny into a corner! The VOODOO+ is splash proof (IP44), so it's resistant to rain, beer splashes... but won't stand up to complete immersion. Avoid the washing machine too 😉
Can I plug a USB key into my speaker?
The USB port is for recharging mobile devices only.
My speaker heats up during use, is this normal?
The heat you feel when you touch your speaker is generated by the power amplifier.
How do I know if my speaker is charged?
When your speaker is connected to the charger, an orange LED lights up on the case. Once your VOODOO+ is charged, the light turns green.
Is it better to store the VOODOO+ fully charged or completely discharged?
We recommend storing it fully charged to extend battery life.
Is VOODOO+ under warranty?
For the VOODOO+ models ,we offer a two-year warranty from the date of receipt.
For the VOODOO+Pro model ,we offer a three-year warranty from the date of receipt.
You can also extend you warranty by using a overhaul package !

Is it possible take a flight with VOODOO+?
Yes, but you need to contact your travel agency or airline in advance to obtain their prior approval and follow all the necessary instructions.
Does the VOODOO+ need breaking in?
Break-in takes place automatically during the first 24 hours of listening at medium volume, without any specific manipulation.
Can I change the grille or rings on my speaker myself?
Do not change any part of your loudspeaker yourself. This could lead to malfunction or breakage, and would invalidate any warranty.

Is it possible to connect a VOODOO+ speaker to another audio system?
Yes, it's possible via mini-jack or XLR cable (depends on the models you own), but connecting them via Bluetooth won't work.

All audio sources, whatever the tool. The VOODOO PRO sound system features a Bluetooth input for all equipped devices (phones, computers, tablets), a mini jack input and an XLR input for wired connections.
How long does it take to charge the VOODOO?
From 0% to 100% it will take 2h30.
Is it possible to connect an instrument to the VOODOO?
The VOODOO PRO sound system has a built-in pre-amp that allows any type of musical instrument to be used. You can plug in a guitar, a mixer or a DJ controller, a microphone or any non-amplified instrument.
A red light flashes on my speaker's interface
This is normal, as the speaker is at maximum volume and indicates that the anti-saturator is being activated to prevent damage to the sound and components.
Did a red trip light up on my speaker's interface?
You need to switch off your speaker. After a few seconds, you can restart it.
Is it possible to connect another charger to my speaker?
No, because the chargers used are specific. Using other equipment could damage your speaker and void the warranty.
Why is there no sound when I connect my device to my speaker?
To activate the volume, press the + button on your interface.
15h autonomy on average OK, but how much does that mean at maximum volume?
Indeed, at full power, consumption is a little higher. You'll still get 12 hours of full power! Also, when you charge a device on the speaker and/or use Bluetooth, this can affect autonomy.
Is VOODOO Pro cold-resistant?
Cold or hot, the VOODOO PRO sound system is weatherproof from -20°c to 60°c.
Can the VOODOO Pro sound system be immersed in water?
The VOODOO PRO sound system is designed to IP44 standards, making it weatherproof, i.e. resistant to rain, snow... but not to complete immersion.
Can I plug a USB key into my speaker?
The USB port is for recharging mobile devices only.

We recommend storing it fully charged to extend battery life. It is also imperative to set the extended storage switch to position 0 to protect the battery from any parasitic discharge during extended storage (over 1 month).
