Where does the uniqueness of the VOODOO speaker come from?

In our previous articles, we talked about where our components come from and how they are produced. Handmade in Les Alpes production of the VOODOO loudspeaker.

The two subjects combined bring us to a third point, which is theuniqueness of each speaker. You may not be aware of it, but every speaker that leaves our factory and comes into your possession is unique.

What makes VOODOO speakers so unique?

One of the first points obviously comes from the choice each VOODOO Adopters has made when customizing their speaker. You can choose different combinations of colors, rings and grille shapes. The result is a multitude of possibilities to suit every individual's personality!
But the first differentiating element comes at the beginning of the wireless speaker's production line.

The first dissimilarities appear when manufacturing the VOODOO speaker shell. Made from linen composite, it's impossible to obtain an identical result across a series. If you put two VOODOO speakers of the same color next to each other, you'll notice that the linen is not laid down in the same way.

What is the impact of handmade production?

The handmade aspect also accentuates theuniqueness of each product. Even if each loudspeaker comes from the same know-how, the same production methods and the same attention to detail, theVOODOO loudspeaker is nonetheless handmade in France by us.

All these differences mean that VOODOO loudspeakers belong to a diversified series. This term was coined by the famous designer Pesce Gaetano, who described it as "the possibility for standard objects to become unique copies within a series of similar, but not identical, products (...). In the field of objects, it represents the new reality of a market which, for some time now, has been calling for products that are both unique and yet industrial or non-artisanal, and capable of giving us the pleasure of establishing a relationship of authenticity with ourselves".

New objects increasingly bear variations that make them "exclusive". Even more than "handmade", it's this uniqueness, these signs of personality, that make the product all the more attractive.
